1. Cancellation Policy

A. Job Guidance Services

  • Cancellation by Client:
    You may cancel your job guidance service request anytime before the service is rendered. No cancellation fee will apply if the request is made before the service provider is assigned.
  • Cancellation by Shree Krishna Consultancy:
    If we are unable to provide the requested job guidance service or the position is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, if applicable.
B. Home Tuition Services
  • Cancellation by Client:
    You may cancel a tuition session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the session fee.
  • Cancellation by Tuitor:
    If the assigned tuitor is unavailable for a session, we will notify you and offer either a reschedule at no extra cost or a full refund.
C. Car Rent/Sale Services
  • Cancellation by Client:
    Car rental bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations made after 48 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation by Shree Krishna Consultancy:
    If we cannot provide the booked vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and offer an alternative vehicle or full refund.
D. Property Rent/Sale Services
  • Cancellation by Client:
    Property listings can be cancelled at any time. If the listing is not yet published, a full refund will be given. If already processed or advertised, a partial refund may apply based on progress.
  • Cancellation by Shree Krishna Consultancy:
    If we are unable to assist with your listing due to internal or external factors, we will provide a full refund for unrendered services.
E. Astrology Services
  • Cancellation by Client:
    Astrology consultations can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the appointment for no cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation by Shree Krishna Consultancy:
    If the astrologer is unavailable, we will reschedule the session or issue a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
2. Refund Policy

A. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • The service was cancelled by Shree Krishna Consultancy.
  • You cancelled within the applicable cancellation period (24–48 hours).
  • The service was not delivered as promised or was incomplete.
B. Non-Refundable Services
  • Paid Consultations: No refund after service delivery, unless unsatisfactory or incomplete.
  • Custom Services: Personalized services (e.g., reports or assessments) may not be refundable once initiated.
C. How to Request a Refund

Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary based on your payment provider.

D. Processing Fees

In some cases, a transaction/processing fee may be deducted from your refund, depending on the payment platform or service type. This will be disclosed at the time of booking.

3. Late Cancellations or No-Shows

If you fail to cancel a service within the allowed timeframe or do not attend a scheduled service, we may charge a no-show fee or retain a portion of the service fee. The exact amount depends on the service type and cancellation stage.

4. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Please review periodically for changes.
